How long will it take to receive my package?

All orders are shipped from London, UK.

If you have ordered from within the UK, it will be sent via Royal Mail First Class which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days. If you are elsewhere internationally, you should receive your order within 7-14 working days.

I aim to ship packages every Friday so please take packing time into account as well (an extra 1-5 days from order).

Where is my order?

Only orders that have chosen International Tracking will receive a tracking number. 

You will receive the tracking number with the shipping confirmation and you can check the status of your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item

I cannot take responsibility for any lost or late orders that do not have Tracked and Signed postage.

Can I return/exchange an item?

If you have received an incorrect order, I will resend the correct items at no extra cost. Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged so please make sure to check your shipping address or any apparel sizing before ordering.

How will the orders be packed?

Charms/wallets/stickers: A6/A5 Bubble mailer

Prints: Rigid cardboard envelope + Extra card backing
